Fixed my computer screen in a timely manner, and it now functions better than when I first got it years ago. Apple refused to give me a new screen since I have a 2019 MacBook Pro, so I didn’t really know where else to turn. Epoch IT does charge a $150 diagnostic fee, and they bill $150 for each hour work. Luckily, since I knew the issue when I brought it in and it was a quick fix, they were generous enough to waive the service fee. The part itself was $500, so the high price that I paid to get this computer fixed of just under $700 was more than I expected to pay, but very reasonable considering that Apple was going to charge me $600 if they could have done the repair themselves, and Epoch needed to order a new screen specifically for my machine. Would definitely recommend going back, I was just a little caught off guard by having to pay the price for part and diagnostic fee before the part was ordered, and this payment can only be completed via online portal. Sadly their portal does not offer updates on the status of the ticket you have open, but they are quite responsive to emails if you send one inquiring about the status. Their elevator is EXTREMELY slow, but overall everybody was very friendly in fixing my computer, and their service was exceptional (and much quicker than the elevator comparatively).
